These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Hirehoot Affiliate Programme (“Programme”). By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

The Hirehoot Affiliate Programme allows individuals and organisations (“Participants”, “you”) to earn rewards by referring:

  • Candidates: job seekers who engage with Hirehoot and find employment through Hirehoot.

  • Companies: businesses that engage with Hirehoot and make a hire through the platform.

Rewards are only payable for successful hires that meet all the eligibility and payment conditions set out in these Terms.

2. Eligibility for Rewards

2.1 Candidate Referrals

To be eligible for a candidate referral reward:

  • The candidate must sign up via your unique referral link or code.

  • Only the first referral code or link used by the candidate will be considered valid.

  • The candidate must be successfully hired by a paying client of Hirehoot for a role sourced and facilitated by Hirehoot, not via external job boards or other third-party channels.

  • The referred candidate must not already exist in Hirehoot’s system (e.g. via direct sign-up or previous referral) at the time of registration.

2.2 Company Referrals

To be eligible for a company referral reward:

  • The company must sign up via your unique referral link.

  • Only the first referral link used by the company will be considered valid.

  • The company must hire at least one candidate through Hirehoot within 12 months of sign-up.

  • The hire must be facilitated directly through Hirehoot and not via any other sourcing channel or third-party relationship.

  • The company must not already be in contact with Hirehoot, in our CRM, or previously registered under another user’s referral.

3. Validity Periods

  • Each referral (candidate or company) remains valid for 12 months from the date of sign-up using your referral link or code.

  • If a hire occurs after this 12-month window, no reward will be due.

  • Only the first hire resulting from a company referral will trigger a reward unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Reward Structure

  • Rewards are one-off payments tied to successful hires only.

  • The exact reward amount may vary and will be communicated in writing on the Programme page or in your affiliate dashboard (if available).

  • Hirehoot reserves the right to change the reward amount or structure at any time. Changes will not affect referrals made before the change, provided they remain valid under these Terms.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment will be made within 30 days of Hirehoot receiving payment from the client (company) for the hire in question.

  • No payment will be made:

    • If the client fails to pay, delays payment, or disputes the hire.

    • If the hire is reversed or cancelled before the client’s guarantee or refund period expires (if applicable).

    • If the candidate or company was already known to or engaged with Hirehoot at the time of referral.

  • Payments will be made via bank transfer or other approved method. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

6. Tax and Reporting

  • You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with referral rewards received.

  • Hirehoot may issue tax documentation as required by law but does not provide tax advice.

7. Misuse and Disqualification

Hirehoot reserves the right to disqualify referrals and withhold rewards in any of the following cases:

  • Use of misleading, spammy, or deceptive referral tactics (including mass messaging or posting referral links in public forums without context).

  • Self-referrals

  • Multiple accounts or identity fraud.

  • Any attempt to game, exploit, or circumvent the referral system.

  • Breach of any other Hirehoot terms or policies.

Hirehoot’s decision on these matters is final.

8. Programme Integrity

  • Participation in the Programme does not constitute employment, partnership, or agency with Hirehoot.

  • Hirehoot is not obligated to accept any referred candidate or company or to provide updates or feedback on referral outcomes.

  • Hirehoot makes no guarantees about response times, success rates, or rewards.

9. Changes, Suspension, or Termination

  • Hirehoot reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Any pending but unpaid rewards at the time of termination will be evaluated under the version of the Terms active at the time the referral was made.

10. Entire Agreement and Governing Law

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hirehoot regarding the Programme.

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
