About the Role
  • We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and scale brand, user acquisition, and engagement strategies. You will:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, social, and partnership channels.
  • Set up marketing analytics and reporting, track key metrics (ROI, conversion, engagement), and provide actionable insights.
  • Run experiments on campaigns, messaging, content, and incentives to optimise performance.
  • Manage all marketing channels, including paid, organic, referral, and influencer partnerships.
  • Build repeatable processes, playbooks, and campaign frameworks to scale initiatives across products and markets.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketers, content creators, and analysts.
