We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Growth to join our Marketing Team at Skin + Me. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote. As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for growing Skin + Me’s profit through acquisition and retention channels. In charge of the digital media budget, you will use your analytical skills and commercial acumen to make the right investment decisions. You will work with the rest of the marketing team to ensure our brand shines and customers see the right message at the right time. Comfortable with a fast pace and agile working environment, you will ensure your team stays focused and motivated.
