About the Role
Required Skills
We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead and scale our user acquisition, engagement, and revenue strategies. You will:
Develop and optimise the full growth lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and monetisation.
Set up growth analytics and reporting, track key metrics (LTV, CAC, NRR), and provide actionable insights.
Run experiments on UX, pricing, messaging, and incentives to drive performance.
Manage all growth channels, including paid, organic, referral, and partnerships.
Build repeatable processes, pipelines, and growth playbooks across products and markets.
Lead and mentor a small team of analysts, marketers, and product managers.
