Lead and mentor a team of 10 marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Fill in the gaps – enhance their projects, ensure you provide an extra layer of thinking, consideration and value add to their work
Work closely with teams on the ground to ensure their efforts are worthwhile and will move the needle, with opportunities maximised and fully thought through
Brand building and Campaign execution
Oversee the planning, execution and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across the various real and digital channels
Develop compelling brand messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences in both markets.
Work closely with performance marketing in optimising the marketing budget to maximise ROI and drive KPIs
Enhance brand awareness and reputation in our key markets through consistent messaging and storytelling – specific to each country.
Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimise performance.
Track key metrics and report on marketing performance to senior leadership.
Be comfortable digging into performance marketing metrics, spend, CAC, retention and quality of users.
