  • Manage the complete sales process, starting from lead generation all the way to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Ensure that you achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Develop our product sales capability in accordance with our growth objectives by providing coaching and enhancing the skills of our broader team.
  • Make sure to have a thorough understanding of our product, the competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the product and research and development (R&D) teams to ensure that sales strategies are in line with product capabilities and future objectives.
  • Serve as the representative of the customer, offering feedback to shape product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and uphold robust, enduring relationships with pivotal clients and partners.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and support.
  • Identify and cultivate prospects for upselling and cross-selling within established accounts.
  • Keep track of sales metrics and assess them to improve performance and pinpoint areas that need improvement.
  • Please ensure to prepare and deliver regular sales reports.
  • Utilize insights from data to make necessary adjustments to strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • You bring 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in the SaaS industry, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • You have a deep understanding of SaaS products, enterprise sales cycles, and customer buying behaviors, particularly in the tech and data sectors.
  • You possess the creativity and determination to find innovative ways to generate leads and accelerate the sales process.
  • You have experience building or scaling a sales function, whether in a new market or for a new product.
  • You are skilled at leading, inspiring, and developing sales teams across diverse disciplines.
  • Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills allow you to use data effectively in decision-making.
  • You're an excellent communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and you thrive in building strong client relationships.
  • You excel in negotiation, presentation, and closing deals.
  • You are relentless in your pursuit of success, highly productive, and known for setting and achieving high standards efficiently.
